Originally from British Columbia, Staci received her B.Ed. from Simon Fraser University in 2013. After moving to Alberta, she obtained her J.D. from the University of Calgary and was called to the Bar in 2017.
Staci is proactive in seeking a fair and balanced outcome on files, and will work with her clients to achieve the solutions that best meet their needs, whether through the Court system or through other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She is committed to handling all files in a supportive, timely, and cost-efficient manner.
While Staci regularly appears in Alberta Provincial Family Court and the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and is familiar with their processes, she recognizes that many matters can be resolved without resorting to excessive or adversarial litigation.
However, not all family matters are related to the breakdown of a relationship, which is why Staci is also happy to provide legal assistance to those seeking help with adoptions, assisted reproduction and surrogacy matters, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, and in the areas of Wills & Estates.
