Tamara E. Adderley
Tamara Adderley is an Associate with Calgary Family Law Associates.
While raising three children, Tamara pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and in Law and Society. Additionally, she worked as a family law legal assistant/paralegal with a prominent family lawyer in Calgary for several years before returning to law school at the University of Calgary. Tamara’s background and experience makes her uniquely qualified to practice family law.
Tamara was called to the Bar in 2020. She volunteered with Student Legal Assistance while in law school and worked with a prominent family law firm as a law student to gain practical experience in the area of family law. Tamara’s background shows experience in a wide range of family disputes and an extensive knowledge of the legal process itself.
Tamara has appeared in matters in the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta. She also has assisted clients in mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes. Tamara’s primary focus is helping those individuals navigate the legal systems during trying periods in their lives, as she is sensitive and empathetic to the difficulties that come with a family law dispute. Tamara will always work hard, using her resourcefulness and experience to bring legal disputes to a resolution in a cost-effective manner.
