Calgary Family Law Associates is an association of independent practitioners who work under a united banner. Although we work as independent lawyers, we share our wealth of knowledge, experience, skills and resources with one another. Two of our lawyers are appointed King’s Counsel in recognition of their legal leadership & contributions to the profession and the community.
Each lawyer has areas of special interest and experience, and we are able to refer our clients to one another as best suits their needs. Among our colleagues, we have family law lawyers with special interests in child welfare, domestic violence, collaborative family law, complex property division, adoptions, grandparent rights, real estate, wills and estates, employment law, human rights, franchises, and corporate/commercial litigation. We also have lawyers who represent employees facing workplace issues including investigation, sexual harassment, wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, employers seeking advice on severance packages, employment contract, non-compete and non-solicitation clauses in agreements, and parties in any commercial and corporate litigation related matters.
